Device Management & Insights

This section provides information about the device assigned to each ST agent. The first column, DEVICE UID, shows the Unique Identifier of the device. The DEVICE INFO column may contain information about the Model and Brand of the device. The STATUS column will indicate if the device assignation was Approved or Rejected.

Additionally, users will see the AGENT NAME to whom the device has been assigned, along with the REQUESTED DATE and the LAST USED date.

Finally, the ACTIONS column provides the option to Reject the device link. A pop-up will request confirmation of the request.

On the other hand, to perform a new linking process, the LINK DEVICE button should be pressed. By doing so, the Device Linking pop-up will be displayed, where users will have to select an Agent and provide the Device UID.

Insights

In this section, agency managers will be able to find information related to the Agent Badve Validation Login Report. They will have to click in the name to generate the report.

Once done, Vault will show the report with the approval and rejection rates.

Agency managers will be able to see different graphics that will help them understand the number of rejected attempts compared to those that have been approved.
