Benefit Qualifying Person

In the next step, applicants will have to indicate who receives the benefit, either the Applicant or a Child/Dependent. If the latter option is selected, the dependent's PII will be requested.

If the Child or dependent option is selected, a new section will be available for the Enrollment Representative to introduce the dependent's PII. As the image below shows, the mandatory fields will be the First Name, the Last Name, the Last 4 numbers of their SSN, and the Date of Birth.

The same as with regular applicants, if the dependent's PII cannot be verified, the applicant will be requested to provide proofs later on during the enrollment process.
