To get your Enrollment Qualified:

To make sure that the application created will get qualified is easy as 1, 2, 3.

Double check the information entered with the customer while entering it. Check on address, name and last name, last four of the SSN and DOB.

Make sure the customer’s information matches the information in the proof that will be submitted.

Once the enrollment has been completed, have everything you need handy. You will get a list of the needed documents in the thank you! page.

Upload proof. Always, for every enrollment created: upload proof so the ID can get qualified in the next minutes.
