In order for Street Team agents to start assisting people, they need to go through the Onboarding process. Basically, they have to know all the information and get the credentials that they need in order to provide assistance accordingly. Following, we will see how the onboarding process is divided, so that you can know the steps that a Street Team agent needs to follow to be fully prepared.
Promo Code Creation
All Street Team Agents must have a Promo Code (or User name) assigned. This promo code will be unique, which means that an agent can only have one promo code and the same promo code cannot be shared with other agents. This information will be useful for the agent to take the quiz and also to log in to the Street Team application.
Training Process
Once agents are introduced to Safelink, they will have to go through the training material that will be provided to them, so that they can know all the procedures, validations, timeframes, etc. that are involved in the assistance process. It is advisable to have at least a two-day training for agents to acquire all the necessary knowledge that will be provided to them. Although the training will be available in a PDF format, agents should be advised to visit the IKB website, which also contains the entire training material. This way, they will get acquainted with the site before they start assisting customers.
Quiz Completion
Once the training period has elapsed, all agents need to take and pass a quiz to make sure they have the necessary knowledge to assist customers properly. Agents will be provided with a link to take a quiz. After pressing the link, they will have to introduce their Promo Code and Last Name. The quiz will have different questions related to the different subjects that have been presented in the training material.
The passing score is 80%, so if agents get a lower score, they will have to take a second quiz. If the second quiz is not passed, the agency will provide a third quiz. Finally, if this quiz is not passed, the agency will have to request a final link, so that they can provide it to the agent. If the agent does not pass the fourth and final quiz, the promo code will get deactivated.
On the other hand, if the agent passess any of the quizzes, the promo code will remain active and the agent will be able to start assisting people in the streets.
