Connectivity Issues

When does it happen?

When the agent has connectivity issues and is not able to use the Street Team application.

Why does it happen?

It may happen because there is a poor connection or the PhoneGap or application that is installed on the device needs to be updated.

What to do?

The agent will have to check the status of any of these items. First he will have to tap the connection button that appears in the right upper corner of the application:

The Connectivity Test Result pop-up will appear showing the Response Time, Connection, Version, App Build, Platform, Device Model, Device Manufacturer and the OS Version:

If the issue persists, Street Team Agents will have to report any issues to the help desk, making sure to take a screenshot of the previous screen to send.
