From now on, Safelink will have a different set of rules for applicants who want to apply or reapply for the service:
NLAD Rules
NLAD 60 days rule:
Customers cannot transfer out their benefit from another carrier if they’ve been signed up for less than 60 days to a FEATURE plan (only phone minutes).
NLAD 12 months rule:
Customers cannot transfer out their benefit from another carrier if they’ve been signed up for less than 12 months to a FEATURE & DATA plan (phone minutes + DATA). If this is the case, the customer can only reapply with their previous provider.
Tracfone Rules
90 days rule (for Street Team)
If the customer creates a new enrollment and has had a previous one cancelled in the last 90 days, the enrollment can be created by the ST Agent but the Promocode will not get attached to the new ID. Only exception to this rule is that the previous enrollment was cancelled due to NO AV Completed.
