Automated States Interfaces List

Currently, enrollments created in most States will be validated through NatVer, aside from California and Texas since those States have their own validation entities: CALAD and TXLAD.

California MANDATORY (CALAD)

CALAD is the entity that validates the customer‘s personal information in California. In other words, they verify that there is no other Lifeline discount under the applicant's information. This means that the State Agency will approve the customer, but if CALAD finds that there is another Lifeline service active under the customer’s information, the applicant will not receive the service.

Texas MANDATORY (TXLAD)

TXLAD is the entity that validates the customer‘s personal information in Texas. In other words, they verify that there is no other Lifeline discount under the applicant's information. This means that the State Agency will approve the customer, but if TXLAD finds that there is another Lifeline service active under the customer’s information, the applicant will not receive the service.
