Password Reset Process - Agent
Open the QUEST APP.
To complete a reset password process, click on the link “Reset Password” on the Quest login app.
You will be redirected to a page and requested to enter the email address attached to the username for the system, and the link for resetting the password will be sent there.
You will receive an email from noreplyuser@emerios.com

You will be prompted to complete the reset password process in a specific link, included in the email

When clicking in the link included in the email, you will go to a new webpage, where the process will be completed. To complete the password reset, the following rules must be followed:

- Be different than the last 6 passwords
- Be at least 10 characters long (LikeTh1s1!)
- Contain a lower-case letter (abcde)
- Contain a capital letter (ABCD)
- Contain a number (123456)
- Contain a special character (!@#$%)
- Username cannot be part of the password
Upon confirmation of a successful password reset, close your browser, and go back to the Quest App. Once in there enter your username and new password to log in.
Remember that, to access the quest app you will need to enter your username, not your promocode.
