To sign up an applicant the system will ask you to enter some information.
From now on, the agents wil see there is a frame that will be taking their picture, while entering the customer’s info.

Hand Over Symbol
Under the contact information, you will see some information shown along with the following symbol
This symbol means the Street Team Agent must hand over the tablet to the applicant.

Make sure that every time this symbol is displayed in the screen, the applicant reads the information from that section.
NEW - Photo Validation Process
While the ST Agent is entering the customer’s information, the system will show them a message, asking them to make sure their face is visible in the viewfinder:

The rest of the enrollment process will continue BAU, selecting customer’s qualification program, plan and phone selection if applicable along with the HHW picture process as well.
When the agent hands over the device to the customer to review the TOS of the service, a new disclaimer will appear on screen for the customer to accept, to continue.
NEW - Photo Validation Disclosure – Customer
Hand over for disclaimers section
To take a picture of the applicant, it is required to ask for their consent. When the agent hands over the device to the applicant for them to fill, read and sign the Safelink Wireless TOS, the applicant will have to accept the new disclaimer that will request their acceptance to take their picture.

The disclaimer states the following:
In order to ensure that only our customers are completing the disclaimers, we will automatically take your picture during the enrollment process. This picture will be used to make sure that only ONE PERSON provided the answers, and that the person is indeed the applicant signing up. After the approval process, your picture will be deleted, and we will not keep it in our system.
Note: The NEXT button will only become available if the customer accepts the picture disclosure. Enrollment cannot be created if this disclaimer is not accepted by the customer.
NEW - Disclaimer Section
Customer’s picture
While the customer is reading the TOS to accept them, they need to make sure to keep their face within the viewfinder, to make sure their picture is correctly taken.
The system will take the picture automatically and the customer does not need to do anything else.

NEW - Photo Validation process by BO
To complete the process, the BO Team will be processing the pictures taken by the system, to compare them. The comparison will work as follows:
Agent’s picture will be compared against the one uploaded to the agent’s profile.
The agent’s picture taken while creating the enrollment must be the same person in the agent’s profile to be qualified.
Warning: If the faces are different, the ID will become unqualified.
Customer’s picture will be compared against the one taken to the agent by the system while creating the enrollment.
The customer’s picture must show a different face from the one taken to the agent to be qualified.
Warning: If the picture taken to the customer shows the same person than the one taken to the agent, the ID will become unqualified.
