Income Qualification
Customers can apply through income, when the household Income is below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines (FGP). The Qualifying Income will be the same for all States, except for Hawaii and Alaska.
For all States, we will consider the gross income, not the net income. This is how the income section will look in CSR:
Qualifying income limit:
If applicants want to apply through income, they will be requested to indicate the number of people residing in the household.
Afterwards, ST agents need to indicate if the annual household income of the applicant exceeds the given limit or not.
If the income does not exceed the maximum allowed, the following pop-up will be displayed.
