See Recent Enrollments

If ST Agents need to locate an enrollment that was recently created, by tapping on the option See Recent Enrollments, the last 50 applications that were created will be displayed:

On the left of the screen, ST agents will find a list of the last 50 enrollments created:

Agents will have to tap on any of the available enrollments, so that they can access to it and verify the status for the necessary documentation. As you can see, apart from the enrollment number, which will be located at the top left section of each box, the customer’s full name and the account status will also be displayed for agents to identify the enrollments easily.

Depending on the application status, the enrollment box will show a different color:

Yellow box: means that the enrollment is in Pending status. This may be because the applicant needs to submit program/income proof, the applicant needs to submit proof for an escalation created (invalid address, public records), or if the application is waiting for a Mandatory automated interface response:

Green box: means that the enrollment is already Qualified or Enrolled:

Red box: means that the application got Rejected or Unqualified. This may be due to not having submitted the SSN Proof (when required) along with the rest of the documentation needed for the enrollment to get Qualified, or that a Mandatory automated interface disapproved the application:

By tapping on any of these boxes, a pop up will be displayed providing information about the enrollment:
