Search by Enrollment Number
If ST Agents need to search for an existing enrollment to verify the status or because the applicant did not have proofs handy when creating it and needs to submit them later, they will tap on the MENU button.
All the different available search options will be displayed:
Search
If ST agents want to perform a search, they will choose the first option:
Then, the system will allow agents to make a look up by introducing the applicant’s Enrollment Number and the Last 4 digits of the SSN:
A new pop up will appear indicating the status of the Enrollment and the status of the documents needed for the application to be approved:
As it can be seen, apart from the enrollment number and the status of the application, the agent will be able to see the status for every document that the applicant will need to submit to get the application Qualified.
In the case from above, we can see that the Application form and the USAC Worksheet were approved, and the applicant also submitted Qualification, SSN and DOB proofs, but they were rejected. In order to determine the rejection reason, the agent will have to scroll down and will see all the reasons why the documents were deemed invalid:
This information will be very handy when having to inform applicants about the reason why their proofs are invalid. If the applicant needs to provide proof the agent may tap on UPLOAD PROOFS, which is located at the bottom, to attach the corresponding document to the enrollment.
As it was shown in the previous page, each document may have three different status: Required, Rejected and Approved.
- If a document shows the Required status, it means that no proofs have been received for this document. For example, if the DOB section shows the Required status, it means that the applicant has not sent DOB proofs. It could also happen that the applicant sent the proofs, but they have not been received yet. Therefore, each section will remain with the Required status until the applicant (or State Agency, if applicable) sends all the necessary documentation.
- If a document is Not required, the applicant does not need to send proofs in regards to that option.
- If a document shows the Rejected status, it means that the proofs have been received, but they were deemed invalid. When checking the status of the account, ST Agents must inform applicants the reason why a proof has been Rejected, so that they may know which is the correct documentation to send.
- If a document shows the Approved status, it means that the proofs received are valid and the applicant does not need to send further documentation.
Below, you will find the list with all the ST Rejection reasons that can be found:
