HMO Whitelist

After entering the applicant´s personal information, they may be found whitelisted under one specific government program. This means that they will not need to submit proof of Program Participation as the system will check the applicant´s eligibility against the State´s whitelist database.

Although HMO applicants do not need to provide Program Qualification proofs, they will be required to present proof of PII, such as a State ID or any other valid qualification or identification proof that the applicant has handy

A pop up will appear informing that applicants are prequalified for the service and that they do not need to submit proofs of program participation. The ST Agent has to click on CLOSE and will continue with the enrollment process:

the system will automatically select the program for which the applicant was found whitelisted
