DOB/SSN Verification

The next verification step that CSR will run is DOB/SSN combination, by checking that there is no other application created using the same information than the one provided by the applicant.

If there is another application that belongs to the same customer that the agent is talking to and is in Pending, Qualified or Enrolled status, a warning pop up will appear stating the status of the existing application:

  • If the account is Pending, the agent will inform the applicant about the necessary documentation that they need to provide to get the application Qualified.
  • If the account is already Enrolled, but the applicant does not have a cell phone, the agent will have to get in touch with Tech Support in order to schedule a Resend Phone for the applicant.
