WFM Applicants
There are three additional updates to include on the CA WFM implementation Flow. The CA WFM PII fields are:
- Legal First Name
- Middle Name Initial
- Legal Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Last 4 digits SSN
- Email address
- Contact Phone Number
- Last 30 days Check Box: "Check this box if you have been enrolled in the California LifeLine program within the last 30 days"

On the Review page, there is a CA Disclosure section that requires to be updated. The change implies the replacement of the word SafeLink by the word TracFone.

E-sign page
The title Please e-sign your application below has been updated to remove the word SafeLink.

Finish page
On the Finish page, there are two buttons: the left one has to reference My Service and not My SafeLink:

After introducing the zip code, if the agent is enabled to work the WFM flow and WFM is available for the state, the agent will see a screen showing the two available brands, so that the appropriate flow can be chosen:

Customer Type Page
A new screen is shown to the agent, to select if the applicant is already a WFM customer or is signing up for the service. Agents cannot advance the flow until a choice is made:

If the agent selects that the applicant already has WFM service
The system will request the WFM Phone Number and the last 4 digits of the IMEI. This information will be checked against the WFM’s customer database. Invalid information will redirect the application to an exit screen. The phone number entered needs to have 10 digits without any space or special characters. If the IMEI section is left empty, an error message will be displayed.

Helper Text
If the agent clicks the Helper icon (?) a text explaining how to find the required information is shown.

If the agent selects that the applicant does not have WFM service yet
The system will request the applicant’s email address which will undergo some validations. If the email address is found duplicate, the agent will be led to the exit screen:

Agents will have to make sure that the email entered complies with standard format (username@domain).
If for any reason the applicant is not eligible, a pop up will be displayed providing further information:

On the other hand, if the applicant is already enrolled, the pop up displayed will be the following:

In case the applicant’s data does not match, they will be led to the Wireless Phone Number as shown below:

It may happen that the verification is not available at the moment of the request. For these cases, the following pop up will be shown:
