System Validation
In some cases, if the Quest app detects that there is one or more validation issues, Street Team Agents will have the opportunity of reviewing the information introduced to make sure the PII is correct.
To do so, the GO BACK button should be pressed. But if after reviewing the information the data is correct, Street Team Agents should click on NEXT.

After the information is introduced, it will be requested to take a picture of them, for audit purposes. If the picture is clear and legible, the CONFIRM button should be pressed, if otherwise, press the RETAKE button to take a new picture. This process is intended to confirm the applicant is there, with the Street Team Agent at the moment of the enrollment creation.

Only a picture of the applicant should be submitted in this step. Any other images will be rejected by the BO team.
In some cases, after introducing all PII, Street Team Agents may have to request applicants to check their email address to perform a verification process. This is to confirm email validity and that the applicant can access to review information being sent there. They will receive an email with a verification code that will have to be introduced in the Quest app.

For these cases, Street Team Agents will have the RE-SEND CODE button, to perform the verification again.
