Household Worksheet Process
The Household Worksheet process will be mandatory in some states, and in some other cases it will have to be completed because the address seems to be already in use by another Lifeline customer.

In the first question, applicants will have to indicate if they live with another adult. If the answer is NO, the process will be finished, because there is no other person living in the same household receiving the benefit.

If the answer to the first question is Yes, the second questions will be displayed, where applicants will have to indicate if that person receives a Lifeline discount. If the answer is No the process will be finished.

On the other hand, if the applicant answers with a Yes, the third question will be displayed, where they will be asked if they share Income and Living expenses with the Lifeline customer. If the applicant answers with a Yes, the enrollment process will stop since there can only be one Lifeline benefit per household.

On the other hand, if the answer is No, the summary section will be prompted, where the applicant will have to provide their initials to finish the household worksheet process.
