The ST application will show a pop up message when the process has to be followed:

If the applicant answers with a No, no further questions will be asked, the applicant will only have to accept some statements that will be presented later on. If the answer is Yes, the following questions will be displayed:

If the applicant answers with a Yes to the third question, the agent will not be able to apply for the service, because there is already a Lifeline discount in the household:
On the other hand, if the answer is a No, then the Agreement section will be displayed, where the applicant will have to accept both of the statements displayed below:
If the applicant answered with a No to the first or second question, only the second statement will be displayed.
As it occurs with the regular terms and conditions, applicants will have to introduce their initials (keyboard will be available in the screen) in each box for the section to be considered valid. Initials must match first and last name entered in the personal information section.
