SSN Escalation

If there is a mismatch between the applicant´s personal information and the Public Records, a warning message will be displayed in every field that did not pass the validation:

The agent will have three attempts to modify the information previously entered. If it still cannot be validated, a pop up will appear stating that in order to continue, a SSN proof will be required. If the applicant agrees, the agent will click on CONTINUE ANYWAY. On the Thank you! page, the ST agent will see again a note stating that the customer needs to upload SSN proof, along with any other documentation required.

Valid SSN Proofs

• SSN card
• Government Assistance Program Document
• Military Discharge documentation
• Prior year's State, Federal or Tribal tax return
• Statement of benefits from a qualifying program
• Unemployment/Workers' compensation statement of benefit
• Unexpired United States Government/Military ID/Tribal ID
• Unexpired weapons permit
• W2 form within the last 2 years
