Photo Validation Proof Process
The PhotoValidation validation is mandatory for all ST enrollments in NatVer states:.
For this validation, a picture of the agent will be taken while they’re filling the form and a picture of the applicant will also be taken while they’re completing their part of the enrollment process.
Both pictures will be sent to a BO queue for comparison. If the person in the “agent on the field” picture matches the agent profile picture and it does not match the applicant picture, the photo validation should be approved.

Log in Page
In order to ensure that only registered agents are using the system, a picture will be taken during the enrollment process. This picture will be used to confirm that the agent who is assigned with a determined promocode is in fact the person assisting the applicant.
Agents must consent to have their picture taken. To do this, a message will be shown to the agent in the log in page, requesting their confirmation have this action completed by the Quest App.
In order to sign in, the agent must accept the disclaimer shown in the log in page.

The disclaimer states the following:
In order to ensure that only registered agents are using the system, we will automatically take your picture during the enrollment process. These pictures will be used to validate that only ONE PERSON is assisting the applicant, and that the person is indeed the agent that signed up. After the approval process, your pictures will be deleted, and we will not keep them in our system.
Enrollment process
While the ST Agent is entering the customer’s information, the system will show them a message, asking them to make sure their face is visible in the viewfinder:

The rest of the enrollment process will continue BAU, selecting customer’s qualification program, plan and phone selection if applicable.
When the agent hands over the device to the customer to review the TOS of the service, a new disclaimer will appear on screen for the customer to accept, in order to continue.

In order to take a picture of the applicant, it is required to ask for their consent. When the agent hands over the device to the applicant for them to fill, read and sign the Safelink Wireless TOS, the applicant will have to accept the new disclaimer that will request their acceptance to take their picture.

The disclaimer states the following:
In order to ensure that only our customers are completing the disclaimers, we will automatically take your picture during the enrollment process. This picture will be used to make sure that only ONE PERSON provided the answers, and that the person is indeed the applicant signing up. After the approval process, your picture will be deleted, and we will not keep it in our system.

Customer’s picture

While the customer is reading the TOS to accept them, they need to make sure to keep their face within the viewfinder, to make sure their picture is correctly taken.
The system will take the picture automatically and the customer does not need to do anything else.
Photo Validation process by BO
In order to complete the process, the BO Team will be processing the pictures taken by the system, to compare them. The comparison will work as follows:
Agent’s picture will be compared against the one uploaded to the agent’s profile.
Customer’s picture will be compared against the one taken to the agent by the system while creating the enrollment.
