If TPIV fails, a pop-up will be displayed indicating ST Agents that they can continue creating the enrollment, but additional proofs may be required.

To move on to the next step the ST Agent will select the NEXT option:

ST Agents will see detailed information for the applicant to know the correct documentation to submit, if applicable:

After finishing the enrollment process and uploading all the required documentation, the status of the enrollment will be Pending until NLAD provides a resolution.

please remember that as this validation depends on NLAD´s resolution, the timeframe for the enrollment to get Qualified might be extended.
