Invalid Address Error
When does it happen?
When an address is invalid, a pop up will be displayed:

Why does it happen?
The pop-up will explain that the address is invalid or undeliverable.
What to do?
There are 2 different options for getting this error:
Format: the Street Team agent will verify if the information was entered with the correct format.
If the input information is correct but the validation warning persists, after three attempts, a new pop-up will appear informing Street Team Agents that the customer will have to submit proof of address. They will click on CLOSE and continue creating the application. The shipping address field will become mandatory and the applicant will have to provide a valid shipping address in order to continue with the enrollment:

Street Team Agents will explain that an Address Escalation needs to be done and will request customers to provide a valid address proof with their name printed on it.
The following will be considered valid address proofs:
- Water bill
- Gas bill
- Electric bill
If applicants submit a proof by their own, Street Team Agents must remind them that the enrollment ID number has to be placed in the top right corner of every document that will be sent. To finish the process, Street Team Agents will follow the regular enrollment process steps.
