Duplicated Application Error

When does it happen?

When creating a new application, a pop-up will appear after submitting the enrollment.

Why does it happen?

Because the customer already has an application. Depending on the status of it, the system will display a different message:

 

What to do?

The Street Team Agent will have to introduce the customer’s personal information in one of the search methods available to get more information about the status of the existing application.
If the account is Pending, the Street Team Agent will inform the customer about the necessary documentation to be submitted to get the application Qualified.

If the account is Qualified, the Street Team Agent will have to check the date the account was created in order to determine if the customer is still in the timeframe to receive the cell phone or if the application got Stuck in Qualified. In the latter case, the Street Team Agent will have to contact a Customer Service representative to escalate the issue.
