DOB Escalation Error

When there is a mismatch with the DOB:



Why does it happen?


Because according to the system, the DOB is invalid.


What to do?


The Street Team Agent will have three attempts to correct the DOB and, if after the third try it is still not validated, a pop-up will be displayed indicating that additional documentation to prove the DOB will be required. The agent will click on NEXT and will carry on completing the enrollment:


On the Thank you! page, apart from the Enrollment ID number and the status of the application, an additional message will be included indicating which documents will be considered valid proofs for DOB:

The agent will have to upload a valid DOB proof along with any other documentation required for the ID to get Qualified.
