In the Support section from the Homepage, customers will find the below options:


My Device

By clicking on this option, the following pop-up message will appear:

Apart from uploading proofs, applicants can also track the status of a shipment, if any. To do so, they have to click on the ORDER STATUS tab. Once there, applicants will have to provide their ORDER ID and their EMAIL ADDRESS.

Device Info

By selecting this option, users will be requested to provide their zip code, so that the website can provide the available offers for the selected area.

Once the information is provided and the CONTINUE button is pressed, the different offers will be presented.

Technical/Service support

If customers are facing technical issues or connectivity problems with their service, they can look at the different options provided to get their issue solved. Customers will be able to get help based on the brand of the device, by navigating the FAQ's section, or by performing an assisted troubleshooting.

 If users cannot find the solution on their own, they can Chat with Support for further assistance.
