My Service (Web)

This section contains several options that will enable customers to review information related to their account. To access this section, they need to click on the My Service button located at the top of the homepage.

Once clicked, this section will display the different actions that the customer can perform. Most of this options can also be found in the Account detail section.

In order to access, customers have to provide their PERSONAL INFORMATION (DOB, last 4 of the SSN, and Zip code).

They also have the option to provide their Enrollment Number and the DOB to perform the search.

Apart from displaying the account status and some of the customer's personal information, this section will inform if documents are pending submission. Instructions will be provided for applicants to know how and which documents they need to upload. To do so, the SUBMIT DOCUMENTATION button should be pressed.


By clicking on the RE-CERTIFY tab, applicants will be provided with all the instructions to renew their service whenever needed. Below the instructions, applicants will find the different submission methods available to perform the verification.
