Quest App Dashboard
The Quest app has a built in Dashboard. This section of the tool is designed for the ST agent to have a quick access to recently created applications and check on their statuses.
To access to the dashboard , tap the button.
The information available in the dashboard is the following:
This option will take the agent back to the main screen, in order to enter a ZIP code and start a new application.
Applications Manager shows the enrollments created along with their status and a filter to check on specific dates, if needed.
The search button allows the agent to look for a specific enrollment using a combination of two pieces of information:
Enrollment ID + Last 4 of the SSN
ZIP Code Last 4 of the SSN DOB
The Enrollment dashboard will show some quick numbers for the agent to know the amount of enrollments created, classified by status:
The last section of the Agents’ dashboard is called My Inventory. This section will not be used in the PILOT phase of the Quest app, as further changes are still being made.
In a next phase, this section will be fully explained in order for ST agents to use it at their convenience.
