Phone type and Delivery Options
The Quest app will only show the available options for the customer. Not available options will not be displayed.
BYOP (Bring your own phone)
This option is available for customers that already have a device and want to use it with a Safelink Wireless SIM, along with its Lifeline Benefit.
In this case, the ST Agent will be providing a SIM, that includes 350 free minutes, unlimited texts and 1GB of data for the first 3 months and 500MG thereafter.
Delivery Options
After making the plan selection, the ST Agent will also be able to offer two different options regarding the delivery of the plan selected.
On-Site activation
This option can be used by the agent to activate the device right after the application created gets Qualified.
Ship to address
This option can be used if the customer wants to receive it using regular shipping. This will take 7 to 10 days after the application has been qualified.
