Final Steps

At this point, an application has been created, which contains the applicant’s information entered by the ST Agent in the Quest App. The next screen will show all the new application created details:

1) Application number

a. This information is very important. It should always be provided to the applicant in order to follow up on the application status or phone service assistance requirements that the applicant might need in the future.

 

2) Application status

a. An application can have different statuses. The default status after being created will be Pending.

b. Other statuses are:

  • Qualified (all documents were processed and classified as valid)
  • Rejected (proof and application have been rejected due to mismatching information/customer or ST Agent request)
  • More information on Application statuses can be found in the Statuses description section.

In order to get the documents’ process result, the agent can use the main dashboard and access to the Applications created section. By tapping each enrollment, the details will be displayed. More information in the Quest Dashboard Section of this document.
