Record using X-Lite Eyebeam

In some cases, agents can perform a recording to replace the paperwork that would have been sent to customers for certain applications or procedures.

  • The recording process will be as follows:
    • Agents will start a recording by clicking on the RECORD button on X-Lite Eyebeam
    • They will verify the customer’s information by following the script
    • They will read the disclosure items verbatim in order to get a YES from the customer. If the disclosure is not read verbatim, you will receive an Auto Fail.
    • To stop recording, they have to click the RECORD button again

    • After stopping the recording, go to the folder where the file was saved and change its name to the ID NUMBER you are working with, in order to avoid getting confused with previous recordings.
    • The recording will be automatically saved by X-Lite eyebeam inside the default folder, which is My Documents\eyebeam
    • The IT department will set up a folder in the desktop named VMBC RECORDINGS
  • After the recording is saved, the agent will convert the audio file into an Mp3 file.

After converting the file, agents will first check that the first 10 seconds of the audio are correct. If there are no audio issues, agents will upload the recording in CSR, in the correct section of the application, depending on the recording type.

If a customer makes the enrollment recording and does not submit qualification proofs in the first 24 hours, the system will automatically send an envelope to the customer's address, if applicable.
