Texas HHW Procedure
For the State of Texas, the form and its questions are the same as for the rest of the states. The only difference with this form is that instead of the FCC logo, you will see the TX PUC logo:
The way of processing this form is the same as the ones from the rest of the states
The new form has some slight verbiage changes, but the process remains the same, taking into account that it has the same format as the FCC one.
For IDs with status Rejected that have a HHW form, the documents have to be uploaded to keep it on the records. No further actions are required.
If customers submit older versions of the HHW form, they should be rejected and uploaded to the enrollment.
