Blacklisted applicants

There may be times when an applicant is not able to apply, because that person was found Blacklisted. During an enrollment creation, after agents press the SUBMIT button, they will see the following message: Blacklisted record found (BlackList)

Basically, this means that the customer‘s PII or the physical address where they reside were banned from our system and the applicant won’t be able to request the service. This may be due to a different number of reasons: it may be an Agency Request, or that a considerable amount of phones have been requested for a single address, or maybe another entity found some suspicious activities in previous enrollments.

All in all, agents will need to explain this to the applicants and inform that the specific reason is not available, but if they wish, they can try to apply from time to time.
