Bear in mind that these are all the valid cards. If a card is not included in this list, it should be considered invalid.

The program cards presented should be readable and should not be modified, tampered or manually written.

If a card contains the applicant's full name and the initials AR, that document can be considered valid, since AR stands for Authorized Representative.

If the applicant is a minor, there's no need for the card to be signed.

Some EBT Cards from Michigan will show two different full names, one for the Legal guardian and another one for the Dependent. These cards are valid. The applicant's name must always be available in the enrollment
