Letters - FoodStamps & Medicaid Proofs

The Program Letters (such as FoodStamps and Medicaid) presented by the Enrolee, will be considered valid and approved in an enrollment as long as they are dated less than 6 months ago. However, if there is an expiration date in the document and it is not past due, the proof should be considered valid.

There is no need for an amount to show on Program proofs.

Letters‘ pictures will probably show different angles and zooms in order for the ST Agent to show the customer’s name, address and eligibility clearly. Letters uploaded by the ST Team are not required to have all borders shown in the picture.

Digital/Scanned/Photocopied/Screenshots of an Electronic proof are allowed for enrollments created through the WEB Channel.

If a card contains the applicant's full name and the initials AR, that document can be considered valid, since AR stands for Authorized Representative.

If the proof provided displays the applicant's DOB, it must match with the DOB introduced in the enrollment for the applicant and/or dependent.
