SafeLink Wireless provides cell phone service for people that qualify for it. Customers will get available plan offer based on validations and availability. If necessary, click on ''MORE INFO'' in each plan to explain its details.
If a customer requests a phone with specific characteristics because of a medical condition or any other impediment, the agent can refer the customer to Technical Support for that department to handle the case. Customer Care agents must not provide further information than the phone number. Those inquiries are to be handled only by Tech Support
Shipping
The delivery of the paperwork will be performed mostly by USPS (United States Postal Service) but, occasionally, it might be sent through FedEx.
Agents may find the carrier as well as the tracking number on the application created on Vault, the tool used to enroll applicants.
