RAD AV Process - USA & INT
Definition
Representative Accountability Database (RAD)
The Representative Accountability Database (RAD) is a registration system that validates the identities of service provider representatives performing transactions in the National Lifeline Accountability Database (NLAD) and the National Verifier.
The Representative ID is a unique number that connects the agent’s identity to the transactions completed in NLAD and the National Verifier. This number must not be shared with anyone besides the carrier(s) for which you work.
Every twelve months, each agent will be requested to complete an annual verification, to confirm they are still working and using the RAD ID accordingly.
The RAD ID Annual Verification process description can be found below.
RAD ID AV
RAD AV process has a few simple steps to be completed.
Same way as representatives self-register for a Representative ID on their own, the AV process will be done the same way.
AV Process
In order to complete the RAD ID AV, the ST Agent will use the RAD ID website and click on Renew Annual Agreements:
https://lifelinerad.org/rad/#/Landing

They will have to enter their RAD ID and click on submit.

After that, they will be prompted to the next screen, that states an email will be sent to their email address (note the email address is shown on the top right as well)

In case they do not receive anything in the next 5 to 10 minutes, there is also an option to click to resend the email.
Email Notification
The agents might also be getting a renewal request directly, without having to go through the NatVer Page, based on the date the RAD ID was created. This email will always be sent to the email address they originally used to register. In that case, the email will contain the information about being the time to complete the AV process.
The email comes from a NoReply sender and the subject of the email is the following.

The email contains a link to click on to complete the AV process.

Complete AV
The agent will click on the link and the next step is to agree all the questions that will be asked, by clicking on them.

Once all the TOS are agreed upon, the final step is to complete the e=signature process.

Click on submit and wait for the Success message to complete the process.
