Field Agents’ Badge Process - Vault Info

From now on, there will be a new mandatory Agent/Badge picture flow in which Street Team Agents will be required to take a picture of themselves holding their identification badge, which will be requested after introducing the log in credentials. Additionally, it has been requested to implement a new option in Quest and Vault to allow agents and supervisors to print the Agent Credential (Badge).

In Quest, the agent badge printing option will be available in all flow steps. Next to the Wifi Symbol that is located at the top right corner of the screen.

The agent’s badge must display the following information:

  • Agent’s Name

  • Agent’s Photo

  • Agent’s Active Brands Logos

  • Agent’s Team / Master Agent’s name (Optional)

By clicking on it, the badge should look something like this:

The badge photo will be requested only once a day after the log in, if and when the proof is successfully approved. Street Team Agents will be able to take the picture by clicking on the TAKE A PHOTO button. If they don’t have the badge on hand, the EMAIL BADGE button will allow them to get a copy of it.

If the option selected is TAKE A PHOTO, Street Team Agents will be able to review the picture and CONFIRM that it is clear and legible, or they may press the RETAKE button to take a new picture.

NOTE: ST Agents need to be holding the badge while taking the picture. There is no need for the badge to be on a lanyard.

On the other hand, if the EMAIL BADGE option is selected, applicants will have to provide their Email address to receive the badge picture.

If the process is successful, the Quest App will indicate it by providing the following message.

Once the photo is confirmed, the Street Team Agent will have to wait until the uploaded proof is approved or rejected by the Back Office Team. During this time, a message will explain this situation.

The message will have a Refresh button for the agent to update the status. If the proof is successfully approved, the message will close, and the agent will be able to start using the application. If the proof is rejected the agent will be shown the corresponding message and the agent will be logged out.
