Tracking information

Whenever customers want to know if the shipment is in course, agents can provide tracking information, if available.

If the tracking number is available, agents should access to the Fedex website and check the shipment status by introducing it in the Track a Shipment section:

In this case, the website indicates that the shipment has been delivered, reason why the customer should have received the cell phone already:

In other cases, the shipment status can be In Transit which means that the phone has not been delivered yet. If this is the case, you will see that on the top right corner, the Actual Delivery section will display the date when the customer is supposed to receive the cell phone.
