Email Usage Policy for Active Enrollments
To maintain the integrity of our enrollment process and prevent misuse, we have implemented specific restrictions on how email addresses can be used during active enrollments.
When the same email address is detected originating from a single IP address, it is permitted for only one active enrollment. An active enrollment is defined as one with a status of Pending, Qualified, or Enrolled.
Additionally, we allow a maximum of three total uses of the same email address across different IP addresses. This means that an email address cannot be associated with more than three active enrollments, regardless of IP, if those enrollments are still in the Pending, Qualified, or Enrolled stages.
These limits are designed to ensure fair access, protect against fraudulent activity, and maintain a high standard of data integrity across our platform.
