Insights Admin - Introduction
The Insights section in Vault offers users a comprehensive suite of reports designed to help them make data-driven decisions and optimize performance. Organized into several key areas, Insights provides users with tailored information depending on their specific needs, whether they’re looking for a high-level overview or in-depth analysis. By consolidating critical data points and trends, the Insights section empowers users to proactively manage and improve their workflows within Vault.
The Insights section is divided into four main categories: Summary, Support, Monitoring, and Journey Analysis. The Summary provides a snapshot of key metrics, offering a quick view of the most relevant information. The Support section includes reports that assist with tracking support-related activities. Monitoring focuses on system performance, usage patterns, and resource utilization, allowing users to identify potential issues. Finally, Journey Analysis delivers deeper insights into data and trends for each step of the enrollment process. Together, these sections offer a complete view of Vault operations, ensuring users have the information they need at hand.
The Insights section can be found in the left menu bar from Vault:
Upon accessing this section, a list of all available reports is displayed. As previously described, the reports are organized into four categories: Summary, Support, Monitoring, and Analysis.
A filter is available at the top of the page, allowing users to search for reports by name.
Within the REPORT CATEGORY section, a Starred subsection is available, allowing users to quickly access their most frequently used reports. Each report includes a star icon located to the left of its name. Clicking the star will highlight it in yellow and add the report to the Starred category.
