Insights Admin - Promo code and referrer analytics

Here, users will be able to look up information related to the promo codes that are assigned to Street Team agents. Promo codes are a unique agent identifier. As shown below, apart from the agent’s promo code, there will be other columns showing the number of Applications Created, Qualified and Enrolled along with their conversion rate in the bottom report.

Prospect Details

In this tab, users will be able to get more detailed information from Referrers, such as their NAME, the CODE, and TYPE. We will also see the dates for the Landing Public Site, the Application Creation, along with the Enrollment Number, the Sales Flow and Brand. Finally, the Application Status will be presented with the DeEnroll Reason.

Prospects Location

This tab shows in a map the different locations where the benefit is offered:

By clicking on any of the locations, a pop-up will show the location details and will also have the Drill through option, in case users are interested in getting specific information about the application details.

By clicking on any of the options displayed, the system will open a list showing the information for the applications selected. There will be a menu at the right for users to filter the data.

Applications Location

In this final tab, users will be able to locate applications based on their location. The map will show the different spots where the enrollments were created.

In this section, you will also be able to right-click on any of the enrollments displayed to obtain further information.

In case users want to visualize the location data in a table, the first option should be selected. The table will provide the number of Applications created in a given Latitude and Longitude.
