Following, we will see the most relevant reports from this section.
Executive Lifeline
This report will be divided into different tabs, each of them presenting data from the applications created, their activity and status, among others.
Conversion Summary
This report displays key information related to the Lifeline benefit. As shown in the image below, a set of fields is available to allow users to customize the data output.

Users can filter the report by various criteria, including Sales Flow, Brand, State, Team, and others. Additionally, a Creation Period filter is available to define the desired date range for the search. Users will also find the Reset filters button on the right side of the screen, allowing users to clear all filters and restore the default settings.

At the top of the screen, we will find the Conversion by Brand and Product. The first column shows the name of the Brand, then the number of Created enrollments will be available followed by the number of Qualified and Enrolled applications. Apart from the number of enrollments, there will be a % column showing the same result translated to percentages. Finally, there will be two columns showing the number of Transferred enrollments in contraposition to the New Enrollments column.

Users will also find a list with the top 10 most used Programs when creating the enrollment.

In the example shown above, we can see that FoodStamps and Medicaid are the most common programs by far.
The page will also display a map of the United States, segmented by state. Each state will be color-coded based on the number of enrollments generated in that area. States with no enrollments will appear in grey, those with moderate enrollment activity will be shown in light green, and states with high enrollment activity will be displayed in dark green.
There will also be four tables showing the percentage of enrolled applications sorted by State, Product, Brand, and Sales Flow.

The Enrolled Timeline shows the number of enrollments created in green compared to the number of enrollments created (shown with a black line).

There will also be a Reset filters button available at the top right corner of the screen in case there is a need to restore all the fields to their initial position.
Activity Trends
In this section, we will have the information of the enrollments created and DeEnrolled within a period of time. You will be able to see a graphic showing the number of enrollments created (in grey), the number of enrolled applications (in green) and the number of accounts DeEnrolled (in orange).

There will be other graphics that will provide a comparison with the previous period to see the differences in each of the statuses. There will also be a list showing the information with the
variations for each month. The down arrow means that there was a decrease, compared to the up arrow, which shows an increase.

Current Application Status
Here, users will be able to see the percentage of applications in their different statuses divided by Brand and Flow. Apart from the number of Active Application by Current Status, a table will indicate the number of applications in a specific status by Brand, and next to it, we will find the same information sorted by the Sales Flow.

By scrolling down, users will see the information of Canceled Applications by Current Status and Reasons. There will be a list of the applications DeEnrolled, the Unqualified, and the Rejection Reasons.

Current Status by NLAD Errors
Users will also have access to the data related to NLAD and the validations involved. At the top, we will find the list showing the percentage of errors depending on the type of issue (Application Incomplete, Application not Found, etc.) There will also be a pie chart showing the number of enrollments Rejected, Pending, and Unqualified.

At the bottom, there will be an additional table titled 'NLAD Errors – Not Qualified by Category,' which lists the most common reasons why an enrollment could not be validated by NLAD. As usual, apart from the name of the validation issue, we will find the number of applications involved and their respective percentage.
Qualification Aging Trends
In this section, we will see the number of days that it takes for enrollments to get Qualified and also the number of applications Not Qualified divided by status. In the Applications Qualified section, the first column will indicate the time range in which applications got Qualified: Same Day, Next Day, 2 – 6 Days, 7 – 15 Days, and > 15 Days.

The Not Qualified section will be divided into DeEnrolled, Enrolled, Pending, Rejected, and Unqualified. In both sections, the information will be displayed daily, showing the number of applications and the percentage that they represent of the total.
Applications Canceled Before Activation
In this section, users will see three pie charts displaying the number of applications that have been DeEnrolled, marked as Unqualified, or Rejected. Each chart will break down these applications by the different channels through which the enrollments reached their respective status.

Below the pie charts, a list will display the various reasons an enrollment may have reached depending on the status.
At the bottom, there will be a list indicating the categories with the different channels through which the enrollments got lost. The following column, Lost Orders, indicates the number of enrollments for the corresponding channel along with its percentage.

The list on the right shows the number of lost orders divided by the error reason provided by NLAD.
Transfer Summary
This section displays the number of transfers for a selected period. The data is divided into two categories: Transfers In (clients transferred from another provider to ours) and Transfers Out (clients transferred from our provider to another one).

Below the chart, a list will show the number of transfers in and out according to the date.
DeEnrollments by DeEnroll Date
This last section shows a chart with the date when enrollments get disenrolled, along with a pie chart showing the origin of the cancelation. There will also be a list with the DeEnrollment by Date as well as the different disenrollment reasons.
