Insights Superadmin - Monitoring

The Monitoring section includes a set of reports aimed at tracking and analyzing the performance and health of key operational processes stored in Vault. These reports provide visibility into metrics such as the number of applications created, their current status, processing times, and activation outcomes.

Hourly Count of Applications Created by State

This report displays the number of enrollments created per hour, broken down by state. The Time column indicates the specific hour, followed by the Total column, which shows the overall number of enrollments for that time. The remaining columns present the number of enrollments submitted in each individual state during the corresponding hour.

Stuck in Qualified Applications

This report lists applications stuck in Qualified status for more than 3 days for reconciliation processes. The table will divide the applications based on the stuck time (3-5 days, 6-15 days, 16-45 days, and Over 45 days). The last column shows the Total number of applications stuck for the state in question.
