Insights Superadmin - Journey Analysis
This section includes three reports that analyze the application creation funnel across various submission channels.
Web/Quest Sales Process Funnel
These two reports display the application creation funnel for enrollments submitted through the SafeLink Website and Quest channels. They allow us to identify the specific step where each enrollment process stopped or was not completed.
At the top of each report, users will find various filters to customize their search. In addition to selecting a time range, users must choose a Sales Flow and a Brand from the available options. The results can also be filtered by State. Furthermore, users can specify whether they want to view data for New Customers, Existing Customers, or both.
Once the search is performed, a chronological list of the enrollment steps will be displayed. On the right side of the screen, several columns provide key metrics for each step:
- Journey Success Qty: Shows the number of enrollments that successfully reached the corresponding step/event.
- Journey Success % (CR): Displays the percentage of successful enrollments at that step, relative to the total number of initial enrollments.
- Journey Drops Qty: Shows the total number of enrollments that dropped at that specific stage.
- Journey Drops %: Indicates the percentage of enrollments that failed to progress past that step.

Users can also click on any of the steps listed in the first column to view the specific reasons why enrollments dropped at that stage.

By clicking on any of the numbers from the table, the system will load all the enrollments that fall into that category. The report will provide information about the Dates the different IDs involved, as well as information related to the Promocode associated. The Account Channel will provide information on the channel through which the enrollment process took place.

By scrolling down, users will also see a bar chart of the enrollment process divided by steps, with the number of drops for each section.
