Vault - Quality Assurance
Within this section, you will find different reports and configurations of alerts and risks indicators for ST agents.
Cases Level Report
The first data that superadmins will see are the Case IDs, that will show some basic information about specific alert types.

By scrolling to the right, users will see the different actions that superadmins can take, after a careful review of the situation. As the TAKE ACTION column shows, there will be two options to choose from. Superadmins can either Confirm or Dismiss the case depending on the review outcome.

To perform the review process, users can click on any Case ID, which will get them to the details about the alert.

In the case above, there was an issue with an activation request, because the applicant’s address was previously used by another authorized customer.
The applicant’s information will be shown at the bottom along with the APPLICATION CODE. If there is an AGENT involved in the process, their name will also be displayed. Besides, the MAP column has the View Map option, that will enable users to spot the location where the alert originated.

Agents Level Report
In this section, superadmins will be able to see the number of alerts that a specific ST agent has by looking at the OCCURRENCES column. Below, you can see that for each agent there will also be a RISK RATIO assigned. The higher the number, the higher the risk.

System Level Report
In this section, users will be able to see the different alerts available. Apart from the ALERT TYPE, superadmins will see all the NON-COMPLIANCE TYPES to give the user a basic idea of the issue. The SCORE will also help to determine how serious an alert is. The higher the number, the higher the gravity. As in the previous section, the OCURRENCES column will indicate how many times each alert has been triggered. The last column will show the alert STATUS, which can be either Active or Inactive.

Alert Configuration
Superadmins will be able to configure all alerts in this section. Vault will provide the NAME of the alert, its SCOPE (if it applies to an application, an agent, a system, etc.), along with the TYPE, SCORE, DESCRIPTION, and STATUS. But the most relevant column is ACTIONS, since here, they will be able to modify alerts.

Subscribe: by pressing this button, a pop-up will become available, where users will be able to add a RECIPIENT EMAIL, in case they want to be notified whenever an alert takes place.

Edit: this section will allow the user to set the Trigger Condition, where a PERCENT VARIATION has to be assigned, depending on the accuracy desired.

Activate/Deactivate: Superadmins will be able to activate/deactivate alerts by using these buttons. A confirmation pop-up will be displayed to confirm each action.
View: Some alerts do not have an EDIT button. They only have a Trigger Condition pop up that will be displayed when this option is selected. Each rule has its own trigger condition.
