Vault - Performance

Order Summary

By clicking in the Performance option, you will see the first tab (Order Summary) showing the status of the applications for each State or agent and the Conversion Rate for each of them.

The first dropdown menu will allow superadmins to sort the information by State (selected by default) and by Agent, depending on their needs.

This is how this section will look like by sorting the information by Agent:

Order List

By clicking on the Order List tab, users will be able to get information from specific enrollments by using the filters provided at the top of the screen. Once set, the platform will display the information requested:

Agents Stats

In this section, users will be able to review information sorted by agents. Superadmins will be able to see information such as the Username, the number of orders Created divided by status, as well as the conversion rate (Performance) and the agent’s status (active or inactive).

As the image above shows, users will be able to sort the information by any of the columns available. Users will also be able to access the users’ profiles by clicking on their names.

Agent Tracker

In this section, users can view, in real time, the agents who are currently active along with their locations. As shown in the image below, each tracked agent is represented by a pin on the map.

Users can also sort the information historically, using the Mode filter.

By clicking on the pin, a text box will appear showing the agent’s details. Apart from that, the Mode option located at the top left corner of the window will allow you to sort the information by Real Time and Historic.

Heatmaps

In this section, users will be able to see how many applications have been created per area for a specific time range. As usual, users will be able to select the Dates at the top right corner of the screen and also select a Timezone. As the image below shows, there will be different spots marked in green, yellow, or red, indicating the number of applications created in each region. Green stands for low activity, Yellow medium activity, and Red, high activity.

By clicking on any of the spots available, a new tab will open showing the information of all the orders created in that area.

At the top left corner, users will also have the option to sort the information by Address. By selecting this option, you will see the areas where the applicants that created applications reside; this means that the spots shown reflect the addresses entered on the application and not the location where they were created.

For any of the two options, you may zoom in and out to see the locations in detail:

You also have three different options to visualize the activity:

Markers:  if enabled, markers will be displayed when you zoom in the hotspots shown within the heatmap; markers will show the exact location where an application was created or the applicant’s address, depending on the view selected.

Heat Map:  this option identifies the hot spots using different colors; the red color shows a big concentration of applicants or applications, the yellow color shows medium concentrations, and the green color shows the smallest ones.

Zip Code:  this option divides the map into the different zip codes and helps to identify in which of them the activity is higher.

You may add/remove the Heat Map, Markers and/or the Zip Code feature by clicking on the corresponding icons that will be located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
