The Lifeline National Eligibility Verifier is a centralized system that determines whether subscribers are eligible for Lifeline.
You don't need to submit any proofs to Safelink, because your application is Pending National Verifier Eligibility Validation.

Your application is still Pending because the Lifeline National Eligibility Verifier could not verify your information. To

complete the enrollment process, please go to checklifeline.org and follow the instructions from the website.

You don't need to submit proofs since you were already approved by the Lifeline National Eligibility Verifier. From now on,

the annual renewal will be processed by them.

Once the Lifeline National Eligibility Verifier verifies your information, your Safelink enrollment will also get validated, which

may take up to 72 hours.

Once Qualified, you need to check the Lifeline National Eligibility Verifier approval status for your account in 24 hours.
