Password Reset Process – Password Team

In order to reset a password to access CSR and BO Tools, the agent will report that the password needs to be reset to their supervisor. The supervisor will contact the passwords team and inform the agent’s name and last name. The following process will be followed:

Once informed, the password team member will process the password reset in the Vault tool.

Once logged into the Vault, access the ‘Talent’ section. In there, the supervisor will select the ‘Users’ option and search for the agent that needs the password reset.

A ‘Generate Reset Code’ button will be available in the ‘Status’ column. Click on it.

A pop up will be displayed containing the numeric Reset Code

This code will be informed to the agent’s supervisor in order for him to reset the password.
