Vault Password Reset Process for Non-email Users
Password Reset Process – Password Team
In order to reset a password to access CSR and BO Tools, the agent will report that the password needs to be reset to their supervisor. The supervisor will contact the passwords team and inform the agent’s name and last name. The following process will be followed:
Once informed, the password team member will process the password reset in the Vault tool.


A ‘Generate Reset Code’ button will be available in the ‘Status’ column. Click on it.

This code will be informed to the agent’s supervisor in order for him to reset the password.

Once the agent obtained the code, they will go to the log in page to access the Vault and once in there, click on ‘Reset Password by Code’:

At this point, the agent will be redirected to the Reset Password page and will enter the new password The new password must be entered twice. After this step, the agent will click on the “Reset password button.

The rules to create a valid password are the following:
- The password must contain a minimum of 10 characters
- Have a combination of
- Lowercase letters
- Uppercase letters
- Numbers
- Special characters (!@#$%)
- It cannot be the agent’s username
- It cannot be any of the last 6 passwords used in the past.

The user will be redirected to the login page to enter the new credentials and access the vault

After this process is completed, the agent will log in using the usual Username and the new password.
