Mask & Other protections

In order to carry out a clean enrollment process and avoid a high volume of rejections due to incorrect pictures, here are some guidelines to help you:

Street Agents do not need to keep their masks on throughout the enrollment process.

Backoffice agents should approve the proof as long as they can positively identify the Street Team agent.  

If applicants do not wear a mask,they can apply for the service.

If applicants wear glasses, hats, hoodies, etc., they will also be able to apply for the service as long as it is evident that the applicant is not the Street Team agent.
